Overview

Plovidba Pro had an operational process spread across several spreadsheets, messages and manual checks.

The project goal was to show the most important information in one flow, without adding unnecessary complexity for people working quickly and often under pressure.

Challenge

Challenge

Task, status and responsibility information did not live in one place.

Every status change required extra communication, increasing the risk of delays and duplicated work.

Goals

Goals

  • Centralize tasks, statuses and responsibilities in one operational flow.
  • Reduce manual copying across spreadsheets, messages and checks.
  • Prepare a UI that can later connect to a database or internal API.

What needed care

The priority was reducing operational noise, not adding another interface layer.

The process already existed, but it was spread across spreadsheets, messages and manual checks. The design therefore started with identifying which data actually changes a daily decision.

The dashboard intentionally stays dense but readable. Status, owner, deadline and next action take priority, while decoration is reduced so frequent users can work quickly.

Solution

Solution

We mapped the current process and isolated the data that actually affects daily decisions.

The dashboard is structured around status, owner, deadline and next action.

The UI stays dense but readable, with clear hierarchy and minimal decorative elements.

Process

Process

  1. 01

    Process mapping

The existing flow was reduced to the data that affects daily decisions.

  2. 02

    Dashboard logic

The overview is structured around status, owner, deadline and next action.

  3. 03

    Dense but readable UI

The interface preserves working density with clear hierarchy and minimal decoration.

Results

The operational overview is centralized and ready for future database or internal API integration.

The team has less manual copying and a clearer view of open tasks.

Centralized overview

Important operational information now sits in one flow prepared for backend integration.

Less manual work

The team has less copying and a clearer view of open tasks.

API-ready base

Mock data and UI are organized so a backend source can replace them later.
